Road: Watling Street to Canterbury along the line of New Cross Road and Shooters Hill and another road along Bromley Road running south towards Lewes in Sussex.

Settlements: Possible evidence included a mosaic floor at Deptford.

Burials: At Dartmouth Row, Blackheath.

Although two roads ran through the borough, there is little evidence for occupation but enough to show that people must have been living in the area.
